Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
Bachelor\'s degree or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Psychology or any related field.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.

Tanggungjawab

Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Assist HR department in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
Screening potential employees\' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Communicating with potential hires and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and exit interview sessions for employees.
Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assisting in drafting company policies and programs.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
