Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Manager to handle end to end pre-employement process which include to conduct HR Orientation program for new comers
  • To plan and coordinate on all training arrangement including routine other departmental or individual training requirement.
  • Experience in ensuring all training adhere to HRDC policy and experience handling HRDC TRIS portal
  • Any other assignments or tasks given from time to time by the Management or superior
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline with preference in HR Management
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience as generalist mainly in general HR Recruitment and Training
  • Willing to be based in Sri Manjung, Perak
  • Willing to work extra hours when required
  • Willing to travel when required and possess valid driving license
  • Proactive, energetic, meticulous and pleasant personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
