Job Requirements: \xe2\x9c\x85 Basic Salary MYR7,000-MYR8,000 \xe2\x9c\x85 Female candidates are preferred \xe2\x9c\x85 Below 35 years old \xe2\x9c\x85 Willing to work at UAE, Dubai. Role & Responsibilities: \xe2\x9c\x85 Progress for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required in the company. \xe2\x9c\x85 Manage all Recruitment needs thought effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies. \xe2\x9c\x85 Manage compensation and development programs for the company\'s employees comprising trainings, skill assessment and yearly evaluations. \xe2\x9c\x85 Generate monthly payroll report with different currency (AED convert to MYR/SG Dollar) \xe2\x9c\x85 Developing and maintaining Attendance Management System. \xe2\x9c\x85 Developing and Monitoring Leave Management System. \xe2\x9c\x85 Promotion by appraisal form from superiors and preparation of letter offer for promoted vacancies in the workplace. \xe2\x9c\x85 Analyse, formulate and implement departmental reporting and communication system to enhance the effectiveness of the department. \xe2\x9c\x85 Develop, implement, and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs. \xe2\x9c\x85 Developing structure, organization chart, work culture, and align with mission and vision for the company. \xe2\x9c\x85 Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solutions and interpretation to Management. \xe2\x9c\x85 Oversee training need analysis and prepare training annual plan accordingly. \xe2\x9c\x85 Drive continuous improvement on human resources policies and procedures to all departments. \xe2\x9c\x85 Organize and lead the company events / activities. \xe2\x9c\x85 Provide guidance, training, monitor the ongoing job of the supporting staffs. \xe2\x9c\x85 To call for departmental meeting as and when is required. \xe2\x9c\x85 To oversee the overall departmental operation job authorities. \xe2\x9c\x85 Execute training programs as and when required and update of individual training records. \xe2\x9c\x85 To control budget for stationery item, printer etc. \xe2\x9c\x85 Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment is well maintained. \xe2\x9c\x85 Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions. \xe2\x9c\x85 To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the management from time to time.
