Support onboarding activities and help maintain employee movement records.
Organize, collect, and file HR-related documents (onboarding, claims, transfers, exits).
Assist in preparing HR letters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation notices.
Assist with monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Help review leave applications, expense claims, and timesheet submissions.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR matters and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
Who We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Able to commit to an internship for 3-6 months, starting in 1st October 2025
Detail-oriented, responsible, and professional with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
