HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) in WANGSA MAJU

Work hours : Monday - Friday (10AM-7PM)

JOB SCOPE

Manage the hiring/recruitment process. Develop HR Strategies in accordance with the overall business. Manage employee leave policies. Improve HR policy. Revise performance appraisal systems. Devise ways to improve employee engagement and morale. Asses and plan for training needs for employees. Experience in payroll processing Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Able to organise annual dinner/ any company activities
