HR lead overseeing both Strategic Planning and Operational aspects, reporting directly to the GM
Supervision of 3 executives responsible for Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, and People Management
Ensuring effective administration and operations of the HR department and overall company
Development, implementation, and execution of HR programs and activities
Facilitating clear communication across different staff levels
Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire company
