Qualifications :
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Requirements :
- Possess between 16 - 22 years of experience only in Human Resource General fields that fulfils the job requirements mentioned above.
  • A people person who has deep compassion and care for the company\'s employees and most importantly, able to connect and have empathy towards all employees.
  • Attentive to employees\' needs at all times which includes being concerned of the well-being of employees, attending to emergency cases (eg. Workplace injury etc) and providing immediate assistance to employees in any possible ways.
  • Familiar with Malaysian Labour Laws.
  • Able to multi-task while working under tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good analytical thinking, creative in problem solving and take matters to hands personally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing personality and enjoys close interaction / connecting with employees.
  • Excellent communication skills, human relations skills, managerial skills and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR disciplines and solid understanding of Malaysian Labour Laws.

During your day-to-day task, your role includes:

  • Creating and managing a solid team which comprises of human resource planning, job analysis, hiring the right talent, or resolving conflicts within the organisation.
  • Being well-versed and always up-to-date with Malaysian Labour Laws or regulations related to HR policies.
  • Creating a positive impression of the Company to allow new employees to have an idea of what to expect.
  • Working closely with the marketing person in charge on the Company\'s branding and develop strategies to strengthen the Company\'s brand reputation.
  • Be highly involved in employee engagement and welfare activities in order to better gauge the needs of employees which allows further improvisation of the Company\'s system besides strengthening the employer and employee\'s relationships.
  • Being responsible for the development, documentation and implementation of Processes, Policies and Procedures to reduce conflicts and legal issues and improve employee productivity.
  • Managing the staffing process from recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Guiding and developing strategies with HR Recruitment team on the recruitment of suitable candidates.
  • Working on implementing employee retention strategies which is pivotal to the growth of the organisation.
  • Ensuring that the health and safety of employees in the workplace are taken care of.
  • Working together with the Company\'s internal team on ISO Audit.
  • Conducting periodical employees\' satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensuring salaries and benefits comply with the current Malaysian Labour Laws in regards to human rights and pay equity.
