Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, etc.
Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation.
Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit-related issues.
Responsible for full cycle of Payroll and make sure employee record is well maintain with high data integrity.
Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, leave management and process monthly claims reimbursement.
Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
Provide support and advice to employees on HR related matters where needed.
Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of experience as HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist preferred.
Experience handling the HR Operations in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
Able to work in the fast-paced environment.
Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
