Manage and Maintain Employee Data in the Human Resources System, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Handle Onboarding and Offboarding processes, including but not limited to account creation for new hires, terminations, internal transfers, etc.
Provide General Administrative Support to the company, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of office supplies, and replenishing pantry items.
Responsible for Recruitment Projects
Prepare HR-related Letters and Memos
Manage Labor Contracts and Employee Filing
Perform Any Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned by the manager.
