Education Background: Bachelor\'s degree or above in Human Resources or related majors in Management.
Work Experience: be proficient in HR modules, with 3-5 years of HR working experience in Selangor.
Language: Malaysian Mandarin, be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English with good written and oral communication skills.
Skills: obtain a valid Malaysian driver\'s license with at least 1 year of driving experience and familiarity with the road conditions in KL.
Other qualities: possess a strong sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Additionally, be team-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for recruitment work in Malaysia like developing talent needs and allocation plans, expanding and optimizing the recruitment system, and coordinating talent acquisition activities.
Collaborate with relevant departments of MOHR, stay updated on the latest policies and developments, analyze their impact on company operations, and develop appropriate strategies and solutions.
Oversee employee benefits such as EPF and SOCSO contributions.
Assist in EP applications and submission of related government documents.
Handle labor relations, conduct analysis and assessment of the company\'s internal employment risks in accordance with Malaysia\'s labor relations policies and regulations, propose suggestions and plans for potential issues, and manage labor disputes.
Supervise employee attendance, including requests for leave, lateness, etc.
Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by superiors.
