Job Description


Key Accountabilities HR Strategy and Planning: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital\'s goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Create and execute workforce planning to meet staffing needs efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and adapt HR policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. Recruitment and Selection: \xc2\xb7 Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the hospital. Employee Relations: \xc2\xb7 Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner. \xc2\xb7 Promote a positive workplace culture and facilitate open communication. \xc2\xb7 Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate actions. Performance Management: \xc2\xb7 Develop and oversee the performance appraisal system. \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on performance improvement. \xc2\xb7 Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs. Benefits and Compensation: \xc2\xb7 Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws. \xc2\xb7 Review and update compensation structures to remain competitive in the healthcare industry. Training and Development: \xc2\xb7 Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills. \xc2\xb7 Support career development and succession planning initiatives. Compliance and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Safety and Health: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Safety Committee to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. \xc2\xb7 Implement policies and procedures related to workplace safety and health. HR Administration: \xc2\xb7 Oversee the HR team and manage day-to-day HR operations. \xc2\xb7 Maintain HR records, including personnel files and documentation. \xc2\xb7 Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
