  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), and Mandarin would be an added advantage to deal with foreign employees who speak in Mandarin.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and commercial awareness skills.
  • Ability to manage ISO 9001 filing and staff KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
  • Working hours: Monday - - Friday 8.30am - 5.35pm, Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to keep the team motivated.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Administer payroll and prepare monthly payroll reports.
  • Analyze HR performance KPIs to improve team efficiency and reduce turnover.
  • Provide HR guidance to leadership and employees based on company policies.
  • Handle work permit applications and logistics for foreign employees.
