Job Description
Location: Klang/Port Klang/Kajang/Bangi/Serdang
s:
- HR Operation + Business Partner roles in manufacturing environment
- Reporting to HR Lead. To work together with 2 to 3 executives
- Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & development, C&B Management
- Industrial relation, employee engagement.
- Assist HR Senior Manager in administrative & operational of HR department and company
- Develop, implement & execute of HR program & activities
- Facilitate good communication among different levels of staffs
- Structured HR organization, HR System and Good Practises in Multinational companies
- Good platform for HR Career development. Mentor ship and growth opportunity
- Location Shah Alam or Klang or Port Klang
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & IR experience will be an advantage
- Preferably manager or assistant manager specializing in Human Resources for manufacturing company
- 2 Full-Time Positions available.
