Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions.
3. Handle HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management.
4. Oversee time and attendance tracking and payroll processes.
5. Supervise general administration and full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
Job Requirements
1. Hold at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Management and related fields.
2. Solid and proven human resources experience for at least 3+ years experience in a logistic company is a plus.
3. Good listener and communicator, solution provider
4. Hustler and able to manage multiple tasks
5. Positive and growth driven mindset
Salary & Benefit
1. RM5,000 to RM7,000
2. Flexible working hour
