Job Description

1. To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job
posting, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conduct background check on potential
candidates.
2. Preparation of hiring documentation, ie offer letter, employee personal information and etc.
3. Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.
4. To perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances, overtime payment, claims and etc.
5. Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, statutory forms, and related documents.
6. Stay in touch with latest laws and regulation and ensure the current policy is in-line with the
latest changes.
7. Ensure good relationship with the employee and understand their needs and grievances.
8. Provide advisory in terms of managing discipline, performance issue and facilitate employee manager discussions.
9. Identify training requirements and needs from different department and coordinate staff
training.
10. To manage office administrative and operation activities such as pantry supplies, office
equipment, stationary and other related purchases.
11. To handle existing building management and vendors in relation to office maintenance, repairs,
and renovation work.
12. To work on other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirement
1. Degree in Human Resources other related discipline
2. Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years working experience in similar role with hands on experience in payroll
processing.
3. Well-verse with HR/Employment related regulations
4. Strong computer skills including proficient in MS Office applications.
5. Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a team environment
6. Problem solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to keep information confidential
