RESPONSIBILITY 1. Handling recruitment local staffs exercise the includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisement, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates. 2. Handling payroll administration for local staffs and update annual leave record. 3. Review company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policy and Standard of Procedure (SOP). 4. Handle employee relation, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws. 5. Prepare and review employment letter included LOA, appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause or any other letter. 6. Investigate complain/misconduct/abscondment of employees, prepare report and take proper disciplinary action in line with company policy. 7. Responsible for factory security management & factory housekeeping and safety. 8. Educate the importance of SOP and company policies to local staffs and foreign workers. 9. Manage foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 hostel. 10. Making appointment with clinic and transportation. 11. Manage and maintain office stationery, pantry, other office purchases and inventory record. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource or equivalent. EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR industry is required; 2. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point; 3. Conversant with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and any other statutory regulations. 4. Meticulous and trustworthy; 5. Positive and pro-active attitude towards work; and 6. Language(s) Required: MANDARIN, English and Bahasa Malaysia 7. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
