Plan staff development programs in line with company objectives
Responsible for all matters involving HR management such as hiring, training, salaries, claims, policies, contracts, talent management, discipline and performance appraisals.
Monitor recruitment efforts for all personnel including writing and placing job ads
Manage the recruitment and selection process of new staff
Highlight and assist with any work-related problems in the office.
Assist and advise the General Manager on policies, training, procedures and issues in human resource management.
Represent the company (if necessary) in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Assist managers in any meeting needs.
Manage and develop staff reporting systems
Ensure that programs are planned with clear objectives.
Supervises and manages staff performance appraisal systems
Participate in staff meetings.
Requirements: 1) Experienced in HR task such as recruitment, payroll, staff perfomances, staff development, staff welfare, and elimination 2) Age between 18-30 years 3) Can work overtime 4) Can work out of area 5) Not Blacklist by Immigration 6) Can work in minimum supervision 7) Can work in Melaka 8) Posses own vehicle 9) Willing to travel 10) Can speak & write in Malay & English. 11) Can communicate well & have good working ethics 12) Able to work alone and with the group Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
