1. Enhances the organization\xe2\x80\x99s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. 2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. 3. Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. 4. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. 5. Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors. 6. Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefit by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids\xe2\x80\x99 awarding benefits contracts and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. 7. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organizations at hearings. 8. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedure. 9. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing retrieval system and keeping past and current records. 10. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality. 11. Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. 12. Advance human resource staff by job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning monitoring, and appraising job results. 13. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents as per requirements of employees in consultation with the management. 14. Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance. 15. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file and personal database) of each employee. 16. Implement performance management process procedures. 17. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 18. Design compensation and benefits packages. 19. Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances carefully. 20. Measure employee retention and turnover rates. 21. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have. 22. Processing payroll which includes ensuring all leaves are tracked in the system. 23. Maintaining current HR files, employees\xe2\x80\x99 personal file and database. 24.
