Job Responsibility:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical, medical, nursing, and administrative roles.
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Assist with credentialing and verification of healthcare professionals (licenses, certifications, etc.).
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist HR Head for employee grievances and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Assist HR Head to organize employee welfare, engagement, and wellness programs.
Support hospital and clinic staff in resolving workplace concerns.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records (physical & system).
Process employment letters, contracts, confirmation, and termination documents.
Track attendance, leaves, and manage medical certificates & time-off requests.
Assist with payroll preparation and data collation.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital/clinic licensing requirements, and HR policies.
Assist in audits and reporting to regulatory bodies (e.g. Ministry of Health, Labour Office).
Monitor and update policies in line with healthcare industry standards and legal changes.
5. Training & Development
Assist HR Head to coordinate mandatory training and certifications for medical and non-medical staff.
Support professional development programs and Continuous Medical Education (CME) activities.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Payroll
To prepare for payroll process (OT, Locum & Expenses Claim)
7. General Administration
To assist and facilitate other HR administration duties and assist in any other tasks assigned from Head of Service
Assist in internal audit
To prepare the documentation related on Licensing, new sessional and visiting Doctors.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Computer literate and strong command of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel
Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
Able to work independent
Minimum 2 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
