Bachelor\'s degree in any related fields preferred. Bachelor of Human Resources / Business Administration is Advantage
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. LMW related matter and familiar with customs requirements preferred.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry is Advantage.
Experience in professional setting preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, required for English and Bahasa.
Can work minimal supervision and independent.
Can start work immediately.
Responsibilities
Supporting HR (passport and permit renewal for foreign worker, arrange medical checkup, apply check out memo, arrange tickets flight workers, apply foreign worker\'s new quota, insurance claim, updating).
Handling hostel submission document related, Permohonan Perakuan Penginapan to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK).
Conduct and assist with new hire (post, screening and phone interviewing).
Responsible in training monthly plan for internal training & handling HRDF Corp training, Levy and grant documents submission related for external training.
Assist payroll function (calculate overtime form and salary foreign workers).
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Supporting Administration (answering phone calls, scheduled appointments etc.) related activities and ensuring the confidentiality of all personnel paperwork.
Ensuring timely submission, maintenance, updating and accurateness of License Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) report(s) and other custom related documentations.
Liaise with Customs / MIDA / MITI on regulatory and exemption issues.
Supporting QMR with control ISO documents and involve audit.
Supporting IT asset movement.
