Assist in recruitment job (Screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow up interview status, prepare job offer detail - End to End process) Discussion with PIC regarding job scope details
Maintain and update staff leave information, e.g. annual leave / sick leave / public holiday
Preparation of official letters / announcements / memos
Maintain and update employee personal information in personal file and HR report
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Monitor staff attendance
Issue show cause letter and warning letter
Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
