About our client: Our client is a global Shared Service Centre in an MNC. In order to support the company\'s rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the HR Specialist (Japanese speaker) to support employees in Japan. Job Responsibilities: Provide support to employees on all HR enquiries, transactions & requests. Provide information covering a wide range of transactions, queries or requests. Caseload management, responding to all employee HR queries and following up on cases resolution, in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function. Escalate transactions, queries, requests and issues as appropriate to the broader HR team using an integrated case management tool. Enables the capture, measurement and trend reporting of employee data and transactions Builds and maintains information available to employees (e.g., Frequently Asked Questions, Knowledge Base data). Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles as required including on-boarding, off[1]boarding, performance management cycle Identify opportunities for continuous improvement Serve as a liaison between employees and the COE or the SMEs, for the specific field of specialization e.g. recruitment/talent & development/Employee Relations/Compensation & Benefits Involvement in projects as required supporting HR & COE functions Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent. 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management/ HR Generalist in SSC/GBS. Experience managing the Japanese speaking market. Japanese speakers with JLPT certification N4 - N1 will have an added advantage.
