Job Description


  • Candidates must possess at least professional certifications, advanced/diploma/degree qualifications, higher degrees.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, especially Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic about teamwork, skilled in interpersonal communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adapt to changes, able to pivot and seek alternative solutions, demonstrate the ability to tackle new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling unexpected situations or circumstances.
  • A critical observer and thinker, bring fresh perspectives and provide insightful solutions and ideas.
  • Human Resources Managers plan, direct, and coordinate policies concerning personnel, labor relations, and occupational health and safety activities of enterprises or organizations engaged in providing human resources services to other enterprises and organizations.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate personnel and labor relations activities, policies, and practices of the enterprise or organization. Organize recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, and termination procedures for employees. Plan and organize negotiations and procedures to determine wage structures and levels, and negotiate employment conditions with workers.
  • Supervise safety, health, and related programs and activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, control expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Establish and oversee operational and management procedures.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of management information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and legislation related to employee rights, health and safety, equal opportunity, and related issues.
  • Oversee the selection, training, and performance of the entire workforce of the enterprise or organization.
  • Consult with senior management and other department managers.
  • Represent the enterprise or organization in dealing with external institutions.
