Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding, retention and departure of personnel.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of employees learning and development.
- Provide administrative support (procurement, bills, employees\xe2\x80\x99 claim etc.)
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 information & documentations.
- Manage overtime & allowances claims and department KPI report.
- Maintain and update Compensation & Benefits.
- Issuing memo/circulars.
- Coordinate part of Safety & Health procedures.
- Other ad-hoc duties that will be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. - At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in full spectrum of HR functions is required for this position.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR related acts and government bodies legislations
- Required skill(s): MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Must be fluent in written English.
- Mature, resourceful, multi-tasking, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience in HR and administrative added advantage
