Conduct orientation sessions and office tours for new employees to facilitate their integration into the organization.
Welcome and assist new joiners on their first day to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Oversee and record new joiners' self-introduction videos for internal sharing.
Establish and maintain new employee personnel files (P-files) in compliance with HR documentation standards.
2. Training and Development
Administer and coordinate training programs, including identifying suitable courses, liaising with external training providers, and arranging logistics for both internal and external training sessions.
Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for HRDC-related matters, including training grants and documentation.
Maintain accurate training records and assist in tracking employee learning and development progress.
Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training initiatives.
3. Employee Engagement and Support
Serve as the PIC for company T-shirt management, including ordering, inventory control, and distribution.
Coordinate the internship programme, including liaising with educational institutions, managing internship placements, and overseeing onboarding processes for interns.
Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities and HR events as required.
4. Front Office Administration
Perform front office duties, managing incoming calls.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in human resources, training coordination, internship program management, or administrative support.
Experience in handling internship programs, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good IT skills, including the ability to create, edit, and manage multimedia content such as videos for orientation or training purposes (as an alternative to traditional PowerPoint presentations).
Familiarity with HRDC procedures and requirements is an added advantage.
