\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews and recruitment process \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist for the full spectrum of Human Resources function which includes employee relations and administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updates and maintaining training records / individual training records / OJT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist other HR and general office administration tasks, ad hoc assignments and writing minutes. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration /Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s) : Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work closely with the HR team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work with minimum supervision,independently, self-motivated, multitasking on a fast paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 5 days work week \xe2\x80\xa2 2 Full-Time position available.
