HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Manager (HRM).
  • Perform a variety of Human Resources duties in day-to-day operations.
  • Handling preparation of payroll by compiling relevant data and vetting through payroll documents (Overtime, Claim, Allowance etc) for Management approval.
  • Maintain and updating employee records (personal file/system)
  • Filing and upkeep HR departmental documents
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must have good command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Internship Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
