Provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Manager (HRM).
Perform a variety of Human Resources duties in day-to-day operations.
Handling preparation of payroll by compiling relevant data and vetting through payroll documents (Overtime, Claim, Allowance etc) for Management approval.
Maintain and updating employee records (personal file/system)
Filing and upkeep HR departmental documents
Other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Management.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other related field
Preferably 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Must have good command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
