Job description :



Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Liaise with relevance government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc). Attendance monitoring and leave management. Register and manage medical reimbursement claim. Assist with ISO documentations Support payroll processing and statutory payments

Year of Experience : 2-3 Years Salary : RM2000 - RM 2200 Qualification : Diploma in Human Resources Management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chemor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
