Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at OPERO Hotel Southkey in Johor Baharu. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for daily HR administrative tasks including but not limited to maintaining and updating employee files, processing benefits administration, assisting in HR and talent acquisition projects, and supporting the HR team in areas such as training and development. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Benefits Administration skills Training and Development skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a solid understanding of industry best practices, laws, and regulations related to Human Resources.
