1. Responsible in employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers and liaise with immigration officers. 2. FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up. 3.Fully in-charge and monitor foreign workers, accommodation and hostel affairs. Review and revise rules & regulations from time to time in align with government requirement and legislation. 4. Always responsible and be on-call anytime inclusive of off-duty hours, to attend foreign worker\'s emergency incidents, to transport workers, follow-up cases, carry out disciplinary action and investigate root cause of the incidents. 5. Support in the handling of disciplinary, complaints, grievance and compliance issues for employees based on the Company\'s policies and rules. 6.Undertake any other responsible admin duties or projects as may be determined by the Head of Department. 7. Other ad hoc tasks been assigned from time to time.
