Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or related course
3-5 years of proven experience as HR Business Partner HR Manager.
High level of communication skills
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal oriented
Must be excel savvy and comfortable creating reports
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Mandarin and English fluency is a must.
