Plan and coordinate employee training and development needs.
Update job descriptions, employee handbook, SOPs, memos, HRIS, and other HR documents when needed.
Communicate with government bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Handle some admin tasks such as stationery, company car issues, and others.
Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Manage employee leave, medical, and attendance records, including tracking attendance & absenteeism.
Implement and manage the KPI system.
Process monthly payroll.
Admin Roles
Support daily accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare regular reports and registers on time.
Handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy access.
Coordinate, prepare, and compile documents for tender submissions.
Review tender notices, note deadlines, requirements, and submission methods.
Ensure tender documents follow the required format and customer guidelines.
Check e-Perolehan or procurement portals daily for new tenders.
Prepare costing and quotations for customer requests.
Prepare and update weekly/monthly tender reports.
Maintain a database of tenders and client information for future use.
Actively search for new tender opportunities.
Follow up on unpaid invoices and respond to customer inquiries.
Monitor payments and prepare monthly billing reports.
Assist accounting with financial reports.
Make cold calls and build business networks, including via social media.
Carry out other tasks assigned by management as needed.
