Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).
Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Administer leave, attendance, and payroll-related matters.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
Support HR projects, employee engagement, and company events.
Prepare HR reports and provide data analysis when required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and related HR regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience with SQL payroll systems.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
