Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Manage end-to end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Handle full payroll process including salary calculation, overtime, allowances and deductions. Manage employee records, attendance, leave and payroll coordination. Handle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding and orientating candidates. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Maintain and update personnel files, employee master data and prepare HR correspondences (eg: employees' confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary and other employment related letters). Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. Liaise with auditors and government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN) when required. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges, proposing solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Assists department heads to monitor KPI performance, coordinate staff training & coaching programs. Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefits & entitlement. Coordinate and oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of foreign workers. Handling all employee inquiries, grievances and dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance. Handle disciplinary matters, staff counseling, grievance management, and employee relations in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and Industrial Act. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to foreign workers Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth employment of foreign workers. Provide support and assistance to foreign workers, addressing their queries and concerns. Handle and monitor the hostel of foreign workers. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Employment Act, Immigration rules, Act 1955, and social audit requirements. Liaise with agencies, Immigration, JTK, embassies, and internal departments. Prepare manpower reports and track passport/permit expiry. To prepare foreign worker documentation such as offer letter, contract extension, deduction, exit documentation, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other Foreign Worker-related letters. Liaise with government authorities (Labour Department, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA, NOF, FWCMS, MYEG) Handling all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport and Permit renewal and all related documents. To perform other ad-hoc works assigned.

REQUIREMENTS



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HR or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing foreign workers, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of labour laws, immigration procedures, and hostel compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in multiple languages will be an added advantage. Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,136.68 - RM4,500.00 per month
