HUMAN RESOURCES CUM ADMIN (SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER) Able to start work immediately/short notice Work Life Balance (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm) Kota Damansara, Selangor (Near to MRT Surian) You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations, administration, and events. This will include but not be limited to designing and optimizing recruitment strategies. - RECRUITMENT - Handle end-to-end recruitment process (including screening, interview arrangement, job offer, and ensure compliance is taken place), and documentation processing. - Actively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job posting, social media, referrals programmes career fair, etc. - Track candidates\' progress and update the status in a timely manner - Manage onboarding processes, including conduct orientation to newly hired. COMPLIANCE - Provide counselling on policies and procedures. - Investigate and handle all allegations of employee or agent misconduct and administer appropriate disciplinary actions. - Maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters. ADMIN / EVENT - Oversee and monitor the admin operations includes daily backup support to the company and team by assisting with office administration, documentation and etc. - Participate in and organize all HR activities and projects such as gala dinners, leader recognition events, team building, and getaways. - Coordinate and execute events, including setting up venues, liaising with vendors and other parties, and ensuring communication with all parties. - Perform administration tasks and carry out ad-hoc assignments as given by the management. - Keep track of expenses and ensure activities are executed according to budget plans Job Requirement: - - At least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Admin/HR Management or equivalent. - At least 3 years of experience in all HR functions - Hands-on knowledge in HR Operations and working experience in face paced environment will be an added advantage - Required skill (s) : HR2000, MS Office - Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, proactive and reliability - Able to speak and write English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens. - Please submit your updated Resume to 011-6213 9122 (HR Department).
