Responsibilities
Manage compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Review HR policies to reflect current needs of company and communicate with employees on any changes.
Administer benefits administration such as onboarding, leave, insurance, training, overtime, allowances and claims to ensure adherence to company policies.
Coordinate performance management activities including KPI achievement, disciplinary and work behaviour.
Manage administrative data, including file and document control systems in order to ensure proper filing system is maintained, accessible and accurate at all times.
Communicate on regular basis with all employees in HQ and off-site, by being the go-to person whenever there are issues pertaining to human resources matters.
Other HR functions from time to time.
