Whealthfields Lohmann is a professional manufacturer of high quality household cleaning & personal care products. We are a large-scale leading enterprise of daily chemicals with productivity more than 1 million tons annually, with factories in China, Germany, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia. Our products include DYNAMO, FAB and WALCH * German technology laundry detergent, wet wipes, sanitizer, Japan technology 3-1 pods/capsules ( KA, ArFum & Fresh HY ). As the Human Resource Generalist , your will be acting as a liaison between employees and management, administering benefits packages and handling recruitment and hiring tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to build credible relationships with Business Leaders allowing for better decisions and organizational effectiveness. You will play an important role, such as: Compensation and benefits - payroll administration and ensuring remuneration package are competitive and complaint with local regulations Establish appropriate HR policies and procedure Provide day to day advice and administrative support to employees Conduct employee and supervisor training including benefits, policies and procedures and prevention of harassment and discrimination Provide guidance on annual performance review Offer advice to management on employee retention and succession planning Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management To be successful in this role, you would need to have: Minimum of 5 years-experience working within HR related role. Managerial exposure would be a plus point. Enjoys human interaction and meeting new people A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Exposure working in fast paced environment. Passionate in building strong fundamental of HR compliance and SOPs. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. Added advantage if from FMCG or Retail background.
