JOB HIRING!! HUMAN RESOURCE. 1. Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc. 2. Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts. 3. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. 4. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. 5. Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc. 6. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements. 7. Examine and verify the accuracy of all documentation, as well as ensure the accuracy of calculation for payroll. 8. Manage holiday calendars and leave balance. 9. Support employee engagement activities in the Company such as annual dinner, teambuilding etc. 10. Conducted a domestic inquiry- internal investigation process the conduct of an employee at work, whether the employee has committed an act of misconduct. 11. Compliance with all government divisions 12. Preparation of salary at the beginning until end. 13. Key in salary into bulk payment. 14. Checking allowance for every staff 15. Validate that attendance report that has been given by branch manager. 16. Handle statutory documents; payment & filing (EPF, EIS, SOCSO & Income Tax). 17. Handle and manager government statutory System \xe2\x80\x93 ASSIST (SOCSO), EPF, HRDF, PCB etc. 18. Assist in any other tasks assigned. 19. Perform HR Master Data changes in line with compliance, data privacy and service levels requirements. 20. Respond to external/internal requests for information. 21. Support key activities for the whole cycle of HR e.g. annual compensation review. 22. Well versed in Labor Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities. ADMINISTRATION & OFFICE MANAGEMENT 1. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team 2. Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances. 3. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. 4. Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Requirements: 1. Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the HR field. 3. Well-verse in the Employment Act and Labour Laws with good knowledge of
prevailing HR practice 4. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll related data and records. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:

Experience:
