Human Resources Manager
Location: Batu Ferringhi, Penang

Role Summary
Manage the full spectrum of HR for a hotel, covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, benefits, training, and staff welfare while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, policies & procedures
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation & exit processes
Manage discipline, counselling, grievances & investigations
Coordinate training, performance appraisals & staff activities/events
Handle HR reports, manpower planning & HR documentation
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years HR experience; hotel/hospitality background is an advantage
Strong knowledge of labour laws & HR best practices
Hands-on, people-oriented, with good communication skills
Willing to work on-site in Batu Ferringhi, Penang
Able to start immediately or with short notice is preferred
Salary Range
Maximum budget for this position: up to RM7,500 (based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
