Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and managing human resource strategies, policies, and practices that support the organization's goals. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Recruitment & Talent Management



Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives Oversee onboarding and induction programs

Employee Relations



Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment

Performance Management



Design and manage performance appraisal systems Support managers with goal setting, feedback, and development plans

Training & Development



Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs Support leadership and succession planning initiatives

Compensation & Benefits



Manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness

HR Operations & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems Manage audits and statutory requirements

Policy Development



Develop, review, and update HR policies and employee handbook Ensure effective communication of HR policies
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree or HR certification (MBA HR, SHRM, CIPD) preferred 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial role
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and people management abilities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Employee retention and engagement levels Time-to-hire and quality of hire Compliance and audit outcomes Training effectiveness and performance improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
