Responsibilities
Managing and maintain the day-to-day full spectrum of HR Operations.
Developing and reviewing the HR Strategic Planning to deliver the best HR practices, policies, and procedures to enhance the competitiveness in the industry.
Oversee the Compensation and Benefits structure, industry benchmarking, monthly processing, and performance & rewards management.
Oversee the Talent Acquisition approach and operations which include of recruitment and selection, manpower planning and succession management.
Oversee the Employee Relations / Industrial Relations in partnering with Management Team to develop and implement the suitable employee engagement programs to leads the consistency with company\xe2\x80\x99s core business values and objectives, manage the disciplinary issues and grievances to minimize disputes.
Oversee the Training & Development to identify and analyse the employee performance problems, determines on-going training needs, and implements solutions to improve employee skills and knowledge and enhance the job productivity.
Requirements
Possess Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Min 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the related scope as above.
Expertise in HR Generalist background is added advantage.
Proven experience in Managerial roles and supervising of team member.
Candidate must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
Pleasant personality and good in people management skill.
Good communication and writing skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
