to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced EMS environment. The role focuses on strategic HR management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and driving HR initiatives that support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business needs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for local, foreign, and contract employees.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
Develop training and development programs to support business and compliance requirements.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, IR Act, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports and support management on workforce planning and succession.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in EMS/manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and foreign worker management.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
