Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full HR spectrum:

operations, admin, systems, recruitment, L&D, compensation, engagement, strategy.

Lead HR initiatives and policies to support business growth and culture transformation. Partner with management on talent attraction, retention, and development. Design and implement

HR structure

and performance-driven culture.

Manage payroll, benefits, employee records, HR planning, budgeting, and performance management.

Handle training needs, recruitment pipeline, conflict resolution, and corporate exercises

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar. Min. 8 years relevant HR experience. Possess knowledge of

Malaysian labor law, compliance, and best practices.

Strong in HR operations, Budget Management, and Strategy planning. People-oriented with the ability to manage interpersonal relationships of various levels in the company. Self-starter and results-driven with the ability to work with ambiguity. Knowledgeable in managing HR systems, processes, and databases. Good command of English and Mandarin, written and spoken. This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM100,000.00 - RM140,000.00 per year
