Job Description

Recruitment and onboarding:

Managing the hiring process from job description creation to candidate selection and employee onboarding.

Policy development:

Creating, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

Employee relations:

Serving as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, and resolving workplace conflicts.

Performance management:

Overseeing performance appraisal systems, conducting evaluations, and helping to set performance goals.

Training and development:

Planning and implementing training programs to develop employees and support their career growth.

Compensation and benefits:

Administering payroll, managing employee benefits, and developing the company's compensation structure.

Compliance and legal:

Ensuring the organization is compliant with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and keeping HR records updated.
Strategic and leadership duties

HR strategy:

Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Employee engagement:

Creating and implementing programs to increase employee engagement, morale, and retention.

Workforce planning:

Forecasting future workforce needs and developing strategies for succession planning.

Budget management:

Managing the HR department's budget and reporting on key HR metrics to senior management.
