  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

TanggungjawabRecruitment and Staffing
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop job descriptions and requirements for new roles.
  • Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Promote a positive working environment and organizational culture.
Performance Management
  • Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and KPIs.
  • Assist in performance improvement plans when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Manage payroll processes in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
Training and Development
  • Identify training needs through consultations with department heads and employee feedback.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills.
Legal Compliance
  • Ensure the organization\'s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and manage documentation such as contracts, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
  • Handle sensitive issues, including workplace investigations and disciplinary actions, with confidentiality.
Health and Safety
  • Oversee workplace health and safety programs.
  • Ensure that the work environment meets regulatory standards.
HR Strategy and Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR policies with business objectives.
  • Analyze workforce trends to plan for future staffing needs.
  • Participate in budget planning for HR activities and initiatives.
Employee Engagement
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events and company social gatherings.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and work on improving engagement and retention.
HR Information Systems
  • Manage HR software for employee data, time tracking, and performance management.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics like turnover rates, hiring trends, and training completion.
