Job Responsibility Monthly payroll processing Updating employee records/ information and maintaining a proper filing system Monitoring staff attendance and e-leave system Managing corporate insurance & medical claim Training and development, applying for HRD grants, and submitting the claim Organizing the Company\'s annual dinner and other gathering functions Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or its equivalent Minimum 2 years of working experience in all aspects of the HR spectrum Well-versed in labor law Good command of written and spoken English & BM Full of initiative, good analytical skills & detail-oriented Knowledge of EPE payroll system is an added advantage Job Benifits Working with a stable & well-established company Rewards and recognition i.e. long service award, excellent service award &, etc. Attractive staff benefits i.e. group insurance, outpatient/specialist medical treatment, dental, medical check-ups &, etc. Attractive staff purchase discount.
