Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Track and analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compliance And Reporting Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required. HR Initiatives Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as diversity and inclusion, employee wellness, and talent retention strategies. HR Administration Maintain HR databases and records, including personnel files and documentation. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
