We are looking for an experienced HR officer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the HR function at Inndeavor. The HR officer will be familiar with the Malaysian labor market to join our team and contribute to the company\'s growth. Position: Human Resources Officer Location: Remote Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing the recruitment process in Malaysia, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborating with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and developing suitable hiring plans.
\xe2\x97\x8f Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth and standardized procedures.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining employee records and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing employee relations matters and assisting in problem resolution and support.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
\xe2\x97\x8f At least 2 years of relevant HR work experience with a successful track record in recruitment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and the recruitment market.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
\xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to urgent situations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of building positive employee relations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
