Job Description


You will play an important role in:

  • Responsible in administration and execution of HR activities
  • Maintain leave database, employee record, medical claim and others
  • Organize monthly company activities
  • Timely processing of monthly payroll and submission to all statutory bodies
  • Perform other tasks and duties as delegated by superior from time to time
  • To assist CEO in all necessary secretarial and administration work
  • To coordinate staff transportation and accommodation process for company\'s business trip
Who are we looking for:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
