Assist in all aspects of HR function which includes compensation and benefits, manpower planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, company policies and regulations etc.
Involve in payroll processing and management and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the related works.
Liaise with government bodies for HR purposes, especially on statutory-related matter.
Ensure proper documentation and filing, as well as information update and confidentiality.
Other ad-hoc duties as per requested by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements and Details:
Immediate availability is highly preferable.
With a minimum education level of Diploma/Degree in business management/HR/administration or equivalent.
Proven year(s) of working experience in HR/administration/accounts field is highly preferable.
Familiar in payroll is highly preferable. Good knowledge in HR system will be an added advantage.
Proficient in CHI,ENG,BM is a Must
Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 8.00AM - 5.30PM (with 1 and half hour lunch break)
Willing to outstation if necessary.
Possess own laptop to work if necessary.
Good coordination & communication skills, high accountability & detailed oriented.
Monthly salary offer is to be determined by overall performance/qualifications/job experiences.
